What We're Seeking:

  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is preferred
  • Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and implementing intervention plans
  • Effective communicator and team collaborator
  • Ability to organize caseloads and document progress efficiently
  • Strong commitment to supporting a diverse range of student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs and 504 plans
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and reassessments as required
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students’ educational goals
  • Develop and monitor progress toward individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
  • Maintain detailed, compliant documentation of services and student progress
  • Offer training and resources to staff and caregivers as appropriate
