Travel School Occupational Therapist - Clearfield, Utah

This opportunity is for a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic services within school settings, supporting students’ developmental and educational goals. The position is based in Clearfield, UT, and involves travel between various schools to deliver comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat students with diverse physical, sensory, and cognitive challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance student participation in school activities
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom settings
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state regulations
