Key Qualifications:

  • Valid professional Occupational Therapy license
  • Experience delivering OT services in schools strongly preferred, but not required for consideration
  • Ability to complete timely district-specific onboarding, including data forms, agreements, and badge processes
  • Flexibility to support a to-be-determined caseload and grade range
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Able to work full-time, on-site (37.5 hours/week)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to students, supporting IEP goals and student independence
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to create supportive learning environments
  • Assess student needs and perform ongoing evaluations
  • Document services, maintain records, and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Travel between assigned campuses if needed; school locations and specific age groups will be detailed after budget approval
