Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license in Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students based on IEPs
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention programs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
• Adapt and modify materials and strategies to promote student independence
