What we’re looking for:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license
  • Experience working within a school setting
  • Familiarity with supporting students on the autism spectrum and with multiple disabilities
  • Flexibility to float among classrooms, assisting wherever needed
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with staff and supporting students
  • Preference for in-person service delivery

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy interventions to students in grades K-5
  • Adapt approach to meet individual needs, particularly for those with ASD and various disabilities
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate OT strategies into the school day
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records
  • Serve as a flexible, floating resource to alleviate high caseloads within the therapy team
  • Engage in regular feedback with school staff to ensure successful student outcomes
