Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Active (or eligible) OT license in Tennessee
• Prior experience in a school-based OT setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEPs, assessments, and documentation
• Ability to develop and implement effective therapy interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to adapt to diverse needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and deliver occupational therapy services for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide training and resources to school personnel on strategies to enhance student independence
• Support students in developing skills for school participation and daily living
