This full-time, contract opportunity is ideal for a passionate Occupational Therapist eager to blend their expertise across school-based, teletherapy, and home health settings.
Utilize your wide-ranging skillset to foster development, independence, and student success for a diverse caseload. You’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and fellow clinicians to design individualized plans that address fine and gross motor skills, daily living functions, and maximize each student’s participation in the learning environment.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active OT license (Colorado) or eligibility to obtain
- Experience delivering OT in school, home health, and healthcare settings preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy solutions and platforms
- Strong knowledge of interventions for fine and gross motor skills
- Effective communicator skilled at collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
- Experience working with K-12 students (including COTA supervision) a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans in school settings
- Deliver occupational therapy services in-person and virtually as needed
- Support students’ access to curriculum through targeted interventions
- Document progress and collaborate in IEP meetings
- Mentor and provide guidance to COTAs as appropriate
- Engage families and caregivers in supporting therapy goals at home
