Key Qualifications:

  • Active Colorado OT license required
  • ASHA certification is mandatory
  • Demonstrated experience in both traditional and teletherapy settings within school environments
  • Strong skills in assessing and improving fine and gross motor abilities
  • Previous experience working with students as either an Occupational Therapist or COTA in educational settings
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized educational plans for students with diverse needs
  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students, utilizing both in-person and teletherapy approaches
  • Support the growth of students' fine and gross motor skills to enhance participation in academic and daily activities
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
  • Maintain thorough and compliant documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
