Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in school-based, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy settings
- Skilled in addressing fine and gross motor skills development
- Comfortable supporting K-12 students across wide-ranging needs
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and COTAs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop personalized OT plans for K-12 students
- Deliver services individually or in small groups, in-person and via teletherapy
- Collaborate with Special Education teams to support student progress
- Educate families and staff on therapeutic strategies and student needs
- Document progress and maintain compliance with IEPs
