School Occupational Therapist | Colton, California

Embark on a rewarding opportunity as a full-time school-based Occupational Therapist, working on a contract basis from August 3, 2026, through June 4, 2027. Compensation for this position ranges from $55 to $65 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid and current license to practice Occupational Therapy in California
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with students

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students with diverse needs
• Deliver direct therapeutic services and monitor progress toward IEP goals
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate OT strategies in educational settings
• Document services in compliance with local and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff training, and school-based initiatives
