Qualifications & Experience:

• Active OT license in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous experience in a school pediatric setting preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and adapt to changing schedules

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct student evaluations and assessments to determine needs and develop effective treatment plans
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in individual or group settings, tailored to support academic, social, and life skills development
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment
• Document therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes in accordance with district and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations for student support
• Engage with ongoing professional development and training opportunities
