Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapist license valid for practice in South Carolina
• Previous experience providing OT services in a school setting, or related pediatric experience
• Proficiency in developing and implementing treatment plans for diverse student populations
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation requirements
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, families, and related service providers

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services directly to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Evaluate and assess students to determine needs and recommend interventions
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student achievement and functional independence
• Develop, document, and update student progress towards goals
• Adapt and modify classroom materials to facilitate student participation
• Travel between assigned school sites as needed
