Make a meaningful impact in education as an Occupational Therapist serving PreK-12th grade students. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work across 2-3 school sites, collaborating with educators and families to ensure students thrive in their learning environments. You'll support a caseload typically ranging from 45-50 students, providing essential therapy and intervention services that foster growth and improve quality of life.

Assignment Details:

  • Contract dates: July 27, 2026, through May 26, 2027
  • Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week
  • Competitive hourly rate between $45 and $55

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students with a diverse range of needs.
  • Deliver occupational therapy services in both traditional school settings and, as needed, home or healthcare environments.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other related service professionals to align goals and maximize student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulatory and district standards.
  • Consult with staff and families to provide strategies that increase student independence and participation in daily activities.
  • Stay current on best practices in school-based occupational therapy.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist licensure.
  • Experience with school-based OT is highly preferred; background in home health or healthcare occupational therapy also valued.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work across multiple sites.
