What We’re Looking For:

  • Active Occupational Therapy license with eligibility to practice in the state
  • Previous experience delivering OT services in schools, home health, or healthcare settings
  • Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and goal development for school-aged children
  • Excellent ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate therapy programs across diverse settings
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills to interact with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Flexibility to adapt strategies for a range of developmental, sensory, and physical needs
  • Organizational skills to maintain documentation, scheduling, and compliance with school policies

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Evaluate and assess students to determine individual therapy needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster students’ success in academic and daily functioning
  • Design and implement customized intervention plans in both classroom and home settings
  • Conduct therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to each student’s unique goals
  • Provide training and resources for families and educational personnel as needed
  • Track student progress, document session notes, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Travel between school and home environments, as required by student caseload
