Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license for the state of Ohio
• Experience in school, healthcare, or home health OT environments
• Familiarity with serving students from kindergarten to high school

Responsibilities:

• Provide OT services for a caseload of 24 students, supporting their sensory, motor, and functional skill development
• Manage and track service delivery, ensuring you meet the 3,090-minute quarterly requirement
• Work proactively with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and adaptation within school and, if needed, home environments
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records that align with school and legal requirements
• Develop and adapt individualized treatment plans for diverse needs across K-12 grade levels
• Offer consultative support to staff regarding classroom modifications and student-specific strategies
