Located near Columbus, OH, this contract opportunity offers the chance to support a dynamic student population and collaborate with dedicated educators for the duration of the assignment—from December 14, 2026, through March 30, 2027. Take on a robust caseload of approximately 50 students, delivering targeted OT services that foster success in school participation and everyday living skills.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Ohio licensure and necessary certifications for school-based practice
• Previous experience in school settings, particularly with elementary and middle school populations
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention planning, and progress reporting
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with educators, families, and students
• Ability to manage a full caseload and effectively balance documentation and direct service
• Adaptable, resourceful, and committed to supporting diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy to students on the assigned caseload
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEPs and student goals
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and caregivers
• Conduct assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine student needs
• Document services, maintain detailed records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Promote student independence in classroom activities, fine motor skills, and self-care
• Offer training, resources, and support to staff and families as needed during coverage
