This full-time, in-person role begins as soon as possible, with continuing positions anticipated for the 2026/2027 school year. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in helping students reach their fullest potential through targeted therapy and individualized interventions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state of California
  • Previous school-based or pediatric OT experience highly preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to adapt to a variety of needs and work effectively within educational teams
  • Dedication to fostering student independence and participation

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students during the school day
  • Collaborate closely with special education and general education staff to implement accommodations and strategies
  • Maintain accurate documentation on student progress and therapy sessions
  • Consult with teachers and families regarding strategies for classroom and home support
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development activities

This role offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $55 to $70, based on experience and qualifications.
