Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapist license (required)
• OT certification in state of practice
• Experience working with school-age populations (elementary, middle, and/or high school)
• Strong commitment to supporting student independence and participation in academic and daily activities
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct therapy services within classrooms and specialized settings
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP/504 meetings
• Consult with educators and parents to adapt learning environments for student success
• Support transitions for students moving between school levels (elementary, middle, high school)
• Contribute to multi-disciplinary teams, sharing insights to benefit each child’s growth
