School Occupational Therapist - Concord, New Hampshire

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license in NH or eligibility to obtain before the start date
• Previous experience in a school-based setting working with K-12 students preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Team-oriented with a commitment to inclusivity and student success

Key Responsibilities

• Assess students’ needs and develop personalized intervention strategies
• Deliver dynamic occupational therapy sessions in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ IEP goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
