Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license for the state
• Experience working in schools preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and school documentation
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to a diverse student population, focusing heavily on sensory integration and supporting fine motor development
• Assess student needs and progress, adapting interventions as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations for accommodations
• Maintain documentation in compliance with school-based requirements
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to provide holistic support to students
