School Occupational Therapist - Conyers, Georgia

This full-time, 40-hour-a-week opportunity centers around delivering comprehensive OT services in a vibrant educational setting located just 20 minutes south of Atlanta, GA. You’ll provide crucial support to a diverse student population, enhancing access and participation in educational programming.

Qualifications we’re seeking:

• Active Georgia OT license required
• Demonstrated experience in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy preferred
• Proficiency in providing OT in educational, home health, or healthcare settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Compassion, adaptability, and initiative to address varied student needs across grade levels

In this role, you’ll:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans targeting fine motor, sensory, and functional life skills
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services in classrooms or dedicated therapy spaces
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to facilitate successful inclusion and accommodations
• Document student progress, develop reports, and participate in IEP meetings as an OT representative
• Empower families and caregivers with resources and strategies for supporting carryover at home
• Manage a dynamic caseload spanning PreK through high school age groups
