School Occupational Therapist | Cordova, Tennessee

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license for the state of Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain)
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage caseload, conduct evaluations, and implement individualized intervention plans

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional abilities and needs across the school setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with best practices
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, assessments, and interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ access to the educational environment
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
