Key Qualifications:

• Valid and current Occupational Therapy license in California
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Strong assessment, evaluation, and intervention planning skills
• Skilled in maintaining comprehensive documentation and progress reports
• Effective communicator and team collaborator with teachers, families, and administrators
• Creative, patient, and adaptable approach to addressing student needs

Primary Duties:

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments, develop goals, and create individualized intervention plans for students
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services in academic and classroom settings
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams during IEP meetings and other student support sessions
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions to optimize student growth and participation
• Provide resources, recommendations, and training to staff and caregivers to facilitate students’ success
• Support district initiatives and participate in professional development as required
