Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active California OT license and all necessary credentials to practice in a school setting
• Prior experience working with children or in school environments is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes, therapeutic interventions, and adaptive equipment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Passion for fostering student independence and skill confidence

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills within the school setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEPs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to provide best-in-class support
• Guide teachers and support staff in the use of adaptive techniques and strategies in the classroom
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Educate and empower both students and their caregivers for ongoing success
