Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience supporting children or adolescents in educational environments, ideally within schools
• Familiarity with IEP processes, goal-setting, and therapeutic documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and administrators
• Ability to adapt to diverse caseloads and individual student needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and district policies
• Conduct assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and track progress
• Collaborate regularly with classroom teachers, special education teams, and family members
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings and documentation
• Provide consultation and professional recommendations for classroom adaptations and student-specific interventions
• Support a positive, inclusive school culture through advocacy and guided best practices
