Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Florida OT license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and special education services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple school sites with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to enhance students’ participation in the educational environment
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to support fine/gross motor skills, adaptive functioning, and sensory regulation
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as a valued team member
• Adapt interventions and materials to meet students’ unique needs at each school site
