Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist or COTA
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Dedication to working in-person with students throughout the school year
• Ability to craft individualized plans and collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assessing students’ functional needs and developing targeted therapy plans
• Delivering evidence-based interventions to support participation in school activities
• Maintaining detailed documentation of student progress and session outcomes
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for IEP planning and implementation
• Educating and providing resources to staff and families to maximize student success
• Encouraging self-advocacy, independence, and functional skills in students
