This full-time position consists of 8-hour days and involves providing comprehensive occupational therapy services across three schools, balancing a current caseload of 22 direct-service students and 13 consult cases. Key Qualifications:

• Current license to practice Occupational Therapy (OT) in the state of California
• Previous experience working within school settings preferred
• Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload effectively
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Compassion, adaptability, and a commitment to student-centered care

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ functional abilities and develop individualized goals
• Deliver direct therapy and consultative services as outlined in IEPs across three school sites
• Monitor and document student progress, revising intervention plans as needed
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, aides, and other school professionals
• Educate staff and families on appropriate strategies and supports
