Required Experience & Skills:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with current credentials in Ohio
• Background in school-based OT or educational settings
• Experience with home health or healthcare OT environments a plus
• Familiarity with administering assessments and working within IEP teams
• Comfort with a mix of in-person and virtual supervision
• Strong communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct student occupational therapy assessments as needed
• Supervise and support other OT providers or team members virtually and in person
• Work closely with the IEP Coordinator to coordinate schedules and meet student needs
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in school and healthcare-based OT
• Accurately document assessments, observations, and recommendations
• Participate in IEP meetings as appropriate to discuss findings and strategies
• Support a smooth delivery of occupational therapy services across the assigned caseload
