Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in Ohio
• Experience or strong interest in working within a school environment
• Confidence providing therapeutic interventions for students ages 5–18
• Ability to collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Skilled in managing a varied caseload and adapting strategies to individual student needs
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to K–12 students, focusing on development and functional skills
• Assess students to determine unique strengths and areas of need
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt interventions as appropriate
• Collaborate with educators and parents to support classroom participation and success
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services, progress reports, and compliance paperwork
• Promote a positive, engaging, and supportive therapeutic atmosphere
