Occupational Therapist School Setting in Dallas, TX

The assignment runs from August 11, 2026, through May 21, 2027, providing the security of guaranteed weekly hours.

In this role, you’ll provide both direct and indirect services, collaborating with educators and families to address students' diverse needs. You’ll be working with students across multiple grade levels and campuses, delivering essential occupational therapy interventions that help students maximize their participation in daily school life. Traveling therapists may also be eligible for additional stipends.

Qualifications:

• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Texas
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to travel between campus assignments as needed

Responsibilities:

• Assess and support students with a range of occupational therapy needs in the K-8 population
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide consultative services to teachers and staff
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
