Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
• Demonstrated experience in school-based occupational therapy services
• Background in home health, healthcare settings, and/or teletherapy platforms is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and compliance
• Proficient communication and documentation skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage caseloads efficiently
• Capacity to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, educators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for students, both in person and virtually as needed
• Contribute to IEP development and support progress monitoring
• Provide consultative support and practical strategies for teachers, support staff, and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with district and regulatory requirements
• Participate in meetings, training, and professional development opportunities
