Position Requirements:

• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Ohio
• ODE (Ohio Department of Education) certification
• Previous experience in school-based settings or working with school-aged children is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to independently manage a diverse elementary and middle school caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and address students’ functional needs within the educational environment
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support students’ participation in school activities
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student support
• Adapt strategies and tools to best serve each unique student population
