Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Ohio
• ODE (Ohio Department of Education) certification
• Experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to supervise Assistants (COTAs) and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities:

• Complete evaluations for elementary and middle school students, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with state and district requirements
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Document progress and communicate effectively with staff and families
• Promote student participation and independence in classroom and school activities
• Attend necessary meetings as required by the district
