Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as an Occupational Therapist, working full-time with a dynamic school community from late August 2026 through early June 2027. This position is based onsite, allowing you to connect directly with students and staff while making a meaningful impact throughout the academic year. The schedule consists of 37.5 hours weekly, supporting students’ growth and independence in a collaborative environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current, valid OT license for practice in Wisconsin
  • Previous school-based experience preferred; background working with diverse student populations a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to individualized, student-centered care and documentation best practices
  • Ability to adapt interventions to varying age groups and needs

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ educational goals
  • Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students in accordance with IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administration, and other specialists to support classroom participation and student advancement
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and communicate findings with parents and staff
  • Participate in eligibility and IEP development meetings as a vital team member
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive learning atmosphere for every student
