Core responsibilities include:

• Delivering occupational therapy services to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Conducting assessments to determine students’ functional abilities and needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help students achieve their educational and developmental goals.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, families, and administrators, to support holistic student progress.
• Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements.
• Educating and supporting school staff on best practices for accommodating students with occupational therapy needs.
