- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs across various ages and abilities.

Core responsibilities include:
- Delivering occupational therapy services to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Conducting assessments to determine students’ functional abilities and needs.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help students achieve their educational and developmental goals.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, families, and administrators, to support holistic student progress.
- Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements.
- Educating and supporting school staff on best practices for accommodating students with occupational therapy needs.
