What you'll need to succeed:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
• Current OT license for the state of Michigan
• At least one year of pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to best practices in supporting students' access to learning

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and deliver therapy to students aged K-12 in diverse learning settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with goals outlined in IEPs
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary, documenting outcomes effectively
• Work closely with educators, families, and other school personnel to foster students’ success
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations in a collaborative manner
