Key Qualifications:
• Active Georgia OT license in good standing
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Solid understanding of OT practices in school, home health, and healthcare environments
• Commitment to fostering positive relationships with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs across age ranges (PreK-High School)
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and collaborative skills

Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments, develop, and implement effective therapy plans for students
• Provide both direct and consultative services within various school settings
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitor, document, and communicate student progress; adjust plans as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development
• Collaborate on strategies that promote functional skills, independence, and participation for all students
