Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current Colorado Occupational Therapy license
• Valid Colorado Department of Education (DOE) certification
• Experience working with students in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to suit a wide variety of student needs
• Comfort with IEP processes and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess student abilities and develop targeted treatment plans
• Provide therapy services to students individually or in groups as needed
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Educate staff and caregivers on strategies to support student participation
• Promote an inclusive environment that encourages independence and learning

This full-time role is scheduled Monday through Friday at 37.5 hours per week, ensuring you can fully engage with students and colleagues throughout the school day. The contract arrangement allows for focused, meaningful impact while expanding your professional experience in educational therapy.
