The schedule is thoughtfully crafted—approximately 30 hours across four days each week from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM—allowing for work-life balance while making a significant impact.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active and current Occupational Therapist license for the state of New Hampshire
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and time management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to determine current levels of functioning and develop appropriate intervention plans
- Deliver individualized and group OT services as specified in students’ IEPs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote students’ academic and functional skills
- Monitor and report on student progress, staying in compliance with all documentation requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and help shape comprehensive plans for student success
- Provide consultative support and resources tailored to classroom and student needs
