Step into a rewarding Occupational Therapist position for the 2026-2027 school year! This flexible contract opportunity is based near Derry, NH, offering meaningful work with a diverse K-12 student population. The schedule is thoughtfully crafted—approximately 30 hours across four days each week from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM—allowing for work-life balance while making a significant impact.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active and current Occupational Therapist license for the state of New Hampshire
  • Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and time management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students to determine current levels of functioning and develop appropriate intervention plans
  • Deliver individualized and group OT services as specified in students’ IEPs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote students’ academic and functional skills
  • Monitor and report on student progress, staying in compliance with all documentation requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and help shape comprehensive plans for student success
  • Provide consultative support and resources tailored to classroom and student needs
