Qualifications:
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain)
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring OT services
