Qualifications & Desired Experience

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with eligibility or licensure in Texas
  • Prior school-based OT experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with ESPED (IEP System) is required
  • Comfortable working district-wide and collaborating with 2-3 COTAs
  • Capable of managing evaluations and performing supervision duties

Responsibilities

  • Provide school-based OT services across the district (37.5 hours per week)
  • Conduct student evaluations, documentation, and develop effective intervention plans
  • Supervise and support Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
  • Maintain accurate weekly timelogs for approval by the Director
  • Ensure services are provided onsite as required
