What you’ll bring:

  • Current Occupational Therapist license issued by the state of Michigan
  • Passing score on the NBCOT OTR exam
  • Enthusiasm for working with children in a school setting
  • Previous experience in schools is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Strong organizational skills and compassion for student progress

Your responsibilities:

  • Assess, develop, and deliver innovative therapy services to students in grades PK-5
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support each child’s unique needs
  • Prepare and implement individualized treatment plans focused on student growth and independence
  • Document progress, maintain records, and communicate regularly with the school team
  • Provide training and resources to staff and families as needed to maximize student success
