What you’ll bring:
- Current Occupational Therapist license issued by the state of Michigan
- Passing score on the NBCOT OTR exam
- Enthusiasm for working with children in a school setting
- Previous experience in schools is a plus, but not a requirement
- Strong organizational skills and compassion for student progress
Your responsibilities:
- Assess, develop, and deliver innovative therapy services to students in grades PK-5
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support each child’s unique needs
- Prepare and implement individualized treatment plans focused on student growth and independence
- Document progress, maintain records, and communicate regularly with the school team
- Provide training and resources to staff and families as needed to maximize student success
