This full-time position offers 32 hours per week, beginning August 26, 2026 and continuing through June 11, 2027. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current Occupational Therapist license in Michigan (or eligibility for licensure by start date)
  • Previous experience working within a school-based setting preferred
  • Comfortable managing a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Commitment to advocating for student needs and individualized educational plans

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ needs and develop personalized intervention plans
  • Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to students across all grade levels
  • Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with IEP teams to set and monitor student goals
  • Provide resources and training to teachers and caregivers
  • Support classroom environments for improved access and participation
  • Actively contribute to the positive school community
