Key Qualifications:
- Valid or pending Occupational Therapist license for Michigan
- Experience in school-based OT services preferred—including IEP development, evaluations, and direct therapy sessions

- Ability to collaborate with an educational team and adapt strategies for diverse learning needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy to students with varying abilities, both in individual and group formats
- Participate in assessment, evaluation, and creation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Document student progress and work collaboratively with special education staff, teachers, and family members
- Support the development of functional skills for school participation, self-care, and classroom engagement
- Provide insights and recommendations for adaptive equipment and classroom accommodations
