Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure appropriate for schools
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, though not required
• Solid understanding of pediatric therapy needs and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students' functional abilities and needs
• Develop and implement IEP goals for students receiving occupational therapy services
• Deliver therapy sessions, both individual and group, targeting motor skills, sensory integration, and adaptive strategies
• Document progress accurately and maintain up-to-date records for each student
• Offer consultation and support to classroom staff regarding accommodations and modifications
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and share recommendations with educational teams
