Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ needs and develop tailored intervention plans to enhance their ability to participate in classroom activities
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to integrate occupational therapy recommendations into daily routines
  • Track and document students’ progress, making timely adjustments to therapy approaches as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students’ goals and progress
  • Educate staff and families on techniques or accommodations to support student success
  • Maintain compliance with school policies, district guidelines, and state/federal regulations
