What You Bring:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and goal development

• Strong organizational and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ occupational therapy needs within the educational environment
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals
• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students individually and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, other related service providers, and caregivers to support student learning and participation
• Maintain thorough records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
• Advocate for student needs and educate staff on appropriate accommodations
• Adjust interventions and techniques based on ongoing student progress and feedback

This full-time contract role offers an hourly range of $62–$68, reflecting your expertise and dedication as a credentialed professional.
