Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist licensure for California (or eligibility)
- Prior experience in school-based pediatric OT strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and school documentation requirements
- Ability to provide services in-person (on-site only; not a teletherapy position)
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Collaborative mindset for working with teachers, specialists, and families
Responsibilities:
- Assess and address fine motor, sensory, and functional skills for students in PreK-8th grade
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on student needs
- Conduct therapy sessions across various campuses within the district
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations as part of the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and complete required documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate regularly with faculty, staff, and parents to ensure cohesive support
