As an Occupational Therapist serving an elementary caseload, you will:

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license (OT) in Texas
• Previous experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement therapy in alignment with students’ IEPs
• Self-motivated and able to manage a flexible caseload efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments to identify students’ strengths and areas for development
• Develop and update treatment plans tailored to individual needs
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support student participation in academic and social activities
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school or district guidelines
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Participate in billing procedures as required
