Located near vibrant Dublin, OH, this position offers the chance to work with a diverse caseload of 18 students, providing impactful therapy within an educational setting for the 26/27 school year.

Your expertise in school-based OT, as well as experience in home health and broader healthcare environments, will be invaluable as you collaborate with educators and families to foster student growth and independence. With a dedicated time commitment of up to 12 hours per week and a total service requirement of 3,260 minutes per quarter, you will have the flexibility to balance your professional responsibilities alongside other pursuits.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in Ohio
  • Experience working as an OT in school, healthcare, or home health settings
  • Understanding of K-8 student development and familiarity with IEP processes
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong documentation abilities and attention to detail
  • Commitment to a positive, inclusive environment for each student

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted therapy services to K-8 students across a range of needs
  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to determine student strengths and areas for growth
  • Develop, implement, and report on individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student integration and progress
  • Maintain records and ensure timely reporting according to regulatory standards
  • Promote student self-advocacy, independence, and functional participation within the school environment
