Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license
  • Demonstrated experience in pediatric, home health, and school-based OT settings
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based interventions in educational contexts
  • Ability to provide services to a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Comfortable managing a schedule that includes 3,090 therapy minutes per quarter
  • Exceptional communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
  • Experience writing and contributing to IEPs is highly desirable

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective, individualized occupational therapy services to students across grades K-12
  • Manage a caseload of 24 students, ensuring compliance with mandated therapy minutes and documentation
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, progress reporting, and the development of goals
  • Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques to address sensory, motor, and functional needs
  • Adapt interventions and materials to promote student progress in academics and daily living skills
  • Maintain accurate records with attention to privacy, quality, and regulatory compliance
