Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current OT licensure (State of Ohio)
• Proven experience in schools, home health, or healthcare settings
• Strong familiarity with the developmental, behavioral, and sensory needs of K-12 students
• Skill in designing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, administrators, and parents
• Ability to manage documentation efficiently and maintain compliance with state and district standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations tailored to each student’s needs
• Develop IEP goals and deliver direct therapy sessions in group and one-on-one formats
• Integrate therapeutic strategies within classroom routines and at-home settings
• Consult with educational staff and families, fostering consistency and progress across environments
• Maintain accurate and timely records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to student support teams
