Qualifications & Experience:
- Current licensure to practice Occupational Therapy in MN (or eligibility).
- Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric OT settings preferred.
- Familiarity with IEPs, assistive technology, and educational evaluations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for new environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams.
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with IEPs.
- Document progress and outcomes; make data-informed recommendations.
