Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license (must be eligible to practice in the state)
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting
  • Strong understanding of childhood development and learning milestones, particularly in early childhood education
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt therapeutic strategies to various student needs

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individualized assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
  • Deliver direct occupational therapy services and monitor progress for preschool-aged students
  • Collaborate closely with staff and families to provide strategies that enhance participation and learning in the classroom
